5 Fall Décor Items That You NEED

There are so many new and exciting changes that happen every year when Autumn rolls around. A new school year, leaves falling to prepare for new ones in the Spring, new and thankful attitudes to fill our homes. Here are 5 essential fall inspired home décor items to help you bring the festiveness straight to your living room, and won't break the bank!

1. A Throw

The first item you need for your home is a cozy throw blankets for those crisp mornings. Look for a throw blanket that includes colors associated with fall such as reds, oranges, deep greens. Or you can always go for something more neutral, such as a cream, that will match your décor year round.

2. Candles

What's fall without a sweet vanilla or cinnamon scented candles?! Adding a warm candle to your space is the easiest way to warm up your home, bring some life, and have you craving alllll the baked goods. My current favorites are the pumpkin spice soy candle from The Woodlands and the "Smell my Nuts" (I know, I know-great name!) from Our Own Candle Company.

3. The Sweetest Pumpkins

No Autumn home is complete without the dainty faux pumpkins to really get you into the spirit! These bad boys are the cheapest way to bring some pumpkin spice into the living room. I got my favorite quilted pumpkin in both gray and orange here (I got them on clearance last year for only $2 each-score!)

4. Fake Floral Arrangements

The best way to keep your flowers alive all Autumn long? Make 'em fake! One of the easiest (and cheapest) ways to create a beautiful fall centerpiece for your table is to use fake florals.

I looked around and was able to find bunches of fall inspired pre-bundled fall florals from Walmart, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, and Amazon. Mix and match items to make it uniquely yours!

5. A Simple Banner

And finally, nothing can bring the festive feel faster than a simple banner that will let everyone know what you're thinking. I snagged this "grateful" banner at the Target dollar spot last year for $3!
